There is not express way to get this done. However, there is a way around it. What linking your PayPal to mobile money typically means is that your PayPal should be connected to a debit/credit card which is directly linked to your bank account.

The bank account should also be linked to your mobile money, be it MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash or AirtelTigo Cash. See below the complete steps by step guide to get the above process done.

Pro tip: Access bank makes this easier. I have used their debit card together with my PayPal to seamlessly perform transactions.

Method 1

  1. Register for a PayPal account

I assume you have a working and verified PayPal account. If you don’t, CLICK HERE to create one or call 0241648023 for assistance.

  1. Login to your PayPal account
  2. Click on “Link Credit Card”

Add your debit or credit card to your PayPal account. The first way to link PayPal to mobile money is to use your debit card connected to your bank account, preferably Access bank’s debit card. To do this, you would simply enter your credit card information as shown in the image below.

If you do not have one, visit any Access Bank branch to get one. Make sure they link the card to your bank account.

Alternatively, if you prefer to just link PayPal to your bank account without using your credit card, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Click on “Link Bank”.
