STEP #1. Lunch (Open) the Word Document you wish to convert into PDF.
STEP #2. Locate the tab named “File” on the Menu Bar at the top left corner. See the diagram below:
STEP #3. Click on “Save as” on the Sub Menu that appears. See the diagram below:
STEP #4. You may choose to rename your file at the “File name” column. Refer to the number one label of the diagram below:
STEP #5. Click on the “Save as type” column and select PDF from a list of file type that pop up. Refer to the diagram below:
STEP #6. Finally, click on the “Save” button as shown in the diagram below:
