You can be at your comfort zone and order for your choice of food on Jumia food anywhere at no need to join  long queue or travel a long distance to get your food.  This is a plan to save people from stress.

HOW TO CREATE ACCOUNT ON JUMIA FOOD APP

  1. After downloading the app, open and click register/ login
  2. click on create account
  3. Enter your FirstName(s) and LastName
  4. Enter your phone number
  5. Enter you email address
  6. Enter a password 
  7. Re-type the password to confirm.
  8. click on create account

HOW TO ORDER FOR FOOD AND HAVE IT DELIVERED ON JUMIA FOOD

  • Firstly download the Jumia food app from Appstore or Google Playstore
  • New user will have to create user account and already existing user will just log in.
  • select your location
  • select your preferred service
  • choose the shop you want
  • Add the food to your cart
  • go to checkout
  • enter your phone number
  • review your order
  • choose your delivery time and date
  • Enter your delivery address details
  • choose your payment method  and complete your order

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT ON JUMIA FOOD APP

  1. select your payment method: cash on delivery, mobile money and pay with card
  2. if mobile money is your preferred payment. click on mobile money
  3. click on place order now
  4. you will be redirected to Jumia pay 
  5. add your payment method by selecting your preferred network and entering your number
  6. if you are a Jumia pay user, then you already have your details there so you only have to select the account you want pay with.
  7. click on pay now
  8. then you finally approve your payment on your phone.

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR TRANSACTION OF JUMIA PAY ON MTN MOBILE MONEY

  • Dial *170#
  • select option 6 “my wallet”
  • select option 3 “my approvals”
  • Enter you pin to access your pending approvals
  • select 1 to choose the Jumia pay transaction
  • now confirm your transaction
