WAEC NOVDEC EXAMS 2019 REGISTRATION HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED. VIEW HOW TO REGISTER BELOW.

Since the introduction of the NovDec into the Ghanaian examination scene it has been beneficial to most SHS leavers as it gives them the second chance to rewrite any failed paper.

The NovDec 2019/2020 registration has just begun. I am doing this post to cover everything you need to know about the WASSCE FOR PRIVATE CANDIDATES.

Follow the laid down steps in this article to successfully register for 2019 Nov/Dec Examination. Read on.

How to Register Nov/Dec 2019.

Visit the Official WAEC Website à https://registration.ghanawaec.org/wassce/

This year’s registration is  strictly biometric, the process starts with a fingerprint capture.

Instructions for fingerprint scanning.

If you don’t have a fingerprint scanner at home, kindly visit the nearest Internet cafe (NOV/DEC Registration Centre).

During the fingerprint enrollment you’ll be asked to provide an email and password that will be used throughout the entire registration and checking your NovDec Results later on.

Once you have your fingerprint captured you can now commence the registration. View steps below.

Visit the WAEC link –> https://registration.ghanawaec.org/wassce/Entrydetails.aspx

Step 1: Enter Your Email and Password and click “Log in”.

Step 2: Fresh Registration.

Personal Information.

You’re required to enter your FIRST NAME before OTHER NAMES. Enter all other personal information in their respective fields.

Centre and Subjects Selection.

Select the region and centre  at which you wish to write the examination.

Select the subjects you’re registering for. Note: Maximum number of subjects allowed is 8.

Passport Picture Upload.

Upload a scanned recent passort sized photograph and signature. Picture should by 160pixels wide and 200pixels long.

Form Completion.

Click on review button to review your form.

Click on Submit. The system will complete the process and generate an invoice showing the amount due.

Print the invoice and take it to the bank for payment.

What is the Penalty for Modification of Personal Data?

After payment has been made at the bank, candidates wishing to change their Biodata and or add more subjects are required to use the penalty module to do so. To do so,

  1. Login with email and password
  2. Select penalty type
  3. Make all required changes and submit following the same process outlined above.

Final step: Printing of Confirmation Page.

Candidates are required to visit the site for printing of confirmation Page after making payment at the bank.

What is the deadline for Nov/Dec Registration?

The registration period is in two folds; therefore, two deadlines are available. You are however encouraged to register as quickly as possible to prevent any penalty fee.

Normal Registration Period

15th January, 2019 – 1st May, 2019.

What is the Registration NovDec 2019 Regsitration Fees?

The subject fees are as follows:

6 or more subjects – GHC 308.00

5 Subjets – GHC 293.00

4 Subjects – GHC 277.00

3 Subjects – GHC 259.00

2 Subjects – GHC 248.00

1 Subject – GHC 237.00

 

Fees for Oral/Practical/Project Work.

GHC 42.00 per subjet for practical.

GHC 42.00 per subject for project work.

GHC 30.00 per subject for oral (English and French)
