According to aYo, users benefit from the hospital and life insurance which can extend to 100.00 cedis per night and 3,000.00 cedis for registered family users respectively.
However, there are times when users complain about the difficulty in making a claim. For this and other reasons and you wish to deactivate your MTN aYo account, follow the steps below.
How To Deactivate MTN aYo
- Dial *296# from your phone.
- Select Option 1
- Then select My Profile
- Then select Cancel Policy
