MTN TurboNet is a super-fast 4G Internet router that is plug and play. It has a powerful external antenna and data SIM built in, allowing it to provide quick Internet in 4G places.
How to Change Turbonet WiFi Password
- Start by launching your preferred browser, then visit this link http://192.168.8.1/html/index.html
- You will now be taken to the login screen. Type “admin” for both user and password to login.
- On the top menu, click on Wi-Fi Settings.
- Here, you’ll be able to Change the Wi-Fi Password, Name (SSID) and security mode.
- After all modifications, click on save.
How to Change Turbonet Device Password
The default password and username for the turbonet device is “admin”.
To modify this, follow the steps below.
- Login to the turbo net device by visiting the IP address giving above.
- On the top menu, click on Advanced
- Click on “System” on the left sidebar
- Click on “Modify Password”
- Type the current password, New password. Note: The password should be a combination of letters and numbers.
- Retype the new password to confirm
- Click on Save to save your modifcations.
